Refund Policy
Our refund policy has a 3-day duration, starting from the cut-off date of the 14th of the month. If more than 3 days have passed since this date, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.
We do not accept returns for boxes and mailers due to changes of mind. Please refrain from returning individual products in your purchase to the manufacturer.
Upon contacting us within three days of the cut-off date, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your refund request. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

There are certain situations such as items with obvious use, where only partial refunds are granted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ovvebeauty.com.au.
Will I be notified about the status of my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What should I do if I haven't received my refund?
If you haven't received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Additionally, contact your bank, as there is typically a processing period before refunds are reflected in your account. If after following these steps you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@ovvebeauty.com.au.
Is the cost of return shipping refundable?

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items being shipped back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. While we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, using these services can provide added security.
